Troubleshooting Guide - Low Pressure in the Heating System

Low Pressure (Heating)

The gauge on the heating side should read between 1.5 and 2.0 Bar.  If the pressure has dropped below this please top up using the filling loop (normally silver hose with black taps at either end). For VVMs and Fighter 360s the top up points are located by removing the lower panel. For other heat pumps the filling points are located outside the heat pump.

When you top up the system you must bleed air at the radiators and/or the outer jacket (see Air in Outer Jacket section).

ATTENTION – Make sure you close each tap after use and do not exceed 2.5 Bar.

NOTES

If you are stuck in any menu, simply move the off set knob +2 to -2 and you will always come out of the menu you are in.

All information is in the installation manual or at www.nibe.eu under the relevant model and download documents.
